Summary0013944: Bug in "vtkUnstructuredGrid::DecomposeAPolyhedronCell"
Description
Hello,

We are working with catalyst in a co-processing prototype and find a bug in "vtkUnstructuredGrid::DecomposeAPolyhedronCell". In fact our model has polyhedrons and the system failed. We changed line 1984 in file vtkUnstructuredGrid.cxx to have something working, this line is :

vtkIdType npts = *cellStream++;

Is not this increment incorrect?
