There's not really enough info there for anyone to help you. Can you create a reduced test case? Have you tried with newer than VTK 5.6.1? (Maybe it's a fixed bug!) |

Sorry, I'm already using VTK 5.10.1 (I made a mistake filling in the form).
Trying with small examples, the filter works fine.
I wonder whether there's a limitation in the input size for this filter. |

You might also try building VTK from git master. |

I have just built VTK from git master, and the problem is still there. |

I can'd debug the program. That's the message I get from visual studio:
HEAP[ReebGraph.exe]: Heap block at 00A69E08 modified at 00A69E44 past requested size of 34
"Windows has triggered a breakpoint in ReebGraph.exe.
This may be due to a corruption of the heap, which indicates a bug in ReebGraph.exe or any of the DLLs it has loaded.
This may also be due to the user pressing F12 while ReebGraph.exe has focus.
The output window may have more diagnostic information." |

5.6.1 is pretty old, can you verify that is still is an issue in 5.10 or 6.0? |
