Summary0014530: Crash when swapping empty view
DescriptionIn the latest binary download (4.1.0) on Mac, it is possible to crash ParaView by swapping an empty view. To replicate, do the following.

1. Start ParaView.
2. Split the view (horizontally or vertically).
3. Grab the toolbar of the new, empty view and drag it to the toolbar of the other view.

The views swap, but then ParaView crashes.
