Summary0001458: vtkCleanPolyData does not handle vertex normals properly
DescriptionFor example, passing a cube with 24 vertices and 24 associated normals results in 8 correctly merged vertices. The resulting 8 (incorrect) normals are simply the first 8 normals of the original 24 normals list.

vtkCleanPolyData does not update assigned scalars from the SetScalars function. Added attachments for the original vtk dataset (points_orig.vtk) and the resulting cleaned dataset (point.vtk)
