Summary0015841: vtkCutter not cutting vtkPolyhedron cells correctly
DescriptionIn unstructured grids with a mix of polyhedral and hexahedral cells, vtkCutter produces a cut with missing faces - and it seems as if these missing faces are in the polyhedral cells next to hex cells.
