Summary0015986: Partial Array in multiblock data are not selectable in a Line Chart View
DescriptionIt appears that, when comparing data from multiple blocks in a Line Chart View, the only selectionnable array in the "Series Parameters" widget are the non partials ones at root, yet duplicated for each block.

Nothing prevent for displaying and comparing data which are not both blocks, it is even possible to do it by selecting the series for each block idenpendantly before displaying both.

Steps To ReproduceOpen Paraview
Open PartialBug0.csv
Open PartialBug0.csv
Open PartialBug1.csv
Group all threee table using a GroupDataSets filter
Display it in a line chart view
(Ignore the second block, it is here only to circonvene another bug :

Display only the first block, all series appear
Display only the third block, all series appear
Display both first and third block, only non-partial array at root level appears.
