Summary0001602: int and floating point TIFF files
DescriptionI would like to see other data types besides unsigned char supported in the vtkTIFFReader and
vtkTIFFWriter classes.

I'll include my modifications of the TIFF classes that I have been using to read and write (little-endian?) 32-bit single band floating point TIFFs. The reader can also handle tiled TIFFs and the examples could be easily extened to ints and 64-bit floating points.
