DescriptionAfter configuration,
vtConfiguration.h does not correctly have
VTK_HAVE_GETSOCKNAME_WITH_SOCKLEN_T
#defined.

my CMakeCache.txt seems to have correctly identified the existence of socklen_t
i.e.

//Support for getsockname with socklen_t
VTK_HAVE_GETSOCKNAME_WITH_SOCKLEN_T:INTERNAL=1

My system is an amd64 linux box running debian unstable.
