0003061: volume rendering of an unstructured grid (subset of EnSight multi-block set) crashes
I read an EnSight case file, extract one dataset (unstructured Grid composed of tetrahedra). When volume rendering it, paraView crashes.

If instead, I save the file to disk (file.vtm), and read back the file/file_o.vtu, volume rendering works well.

The EnSight file I included contains surfaces and volumes. The volume is the 1st set in the multiBlock. It is called fluid-6. When volume rendering, it crashes. If saved to disk, and read back as a *.vtu file, it does not crash and renders properly

Seems to be the same as bug 2499 (reproducible on any 'Multi-block' dataset produced by EnSight reader).

This appears to be fixed to me. If not, please reopen this bug. Tested local server, windows client, trunk.
