Summary0000432: Rendering order in vtkLegendBoxActor
DescriptionIn vtkLegendBoxActor::RenderXXXXXGeometry(), the
box is drawn after the border, thus partially or completely covering the border when both are active.

I am attaching a trivial patch that switches the rendering order of the two actors.
