Summary0005084: Coefficients wrong for vtkKochanekSpline for 2 point special case
DescriptionvtkKochanekspline::Fit1D sets the second coefficient for the 2 point specialization incorrectly.


If the interval is anything other than 0->1, then the interpolation will be incorrect.

Correct value is
 coefficients[0][1] = (y[1] - y[0]);

Not
coefficients[0][1] = (y[1] - y[0]) / (x[1] - x[0]);

This is line 228 of vtkKochanekSpline.cxx
