Summary0007080: Crash when using a lookmark
DescriptionXP client, 6 pvservers.

Create a lookmark as follows:
* Start ParaView.
* Load Can.exo. All variables loaded. Apply.
* Create a lookmark.
* Exit ParaView.

Use the state file as follows:
* Start ParaView
* Load Can.exo. All variables loaded. Apply.
* Use the lookmark.
* Edit/ Delete all. The can will not go away.
* File/ Open/ disk_out_ref.exo. All variables loaded. Apply.
-- Crash.

Fixed issue due to duplicate addition of representation to the representations property. Fixed Segfault due to issues with view size properties.
