Summary	0007117: reading Xdmf with stride different than 1 does not work in parallel
Description	When running a parallel server, bounds of a Xdmf rectilinear grid are not correct in the X, and Y direction. Grid resolution is correct (i.e the resolution is 1/N for stride=N), but physical extents are not. this is using the cvs version of May 29, 2008 Reading with strides, on a single node, works very well.
