Summary0007423: Exodus file makes ParaView unstable
DescriptionI have an Exodus file that makes ParaView unstable. The user's speculation is that some of the pointers are out of bounds pointing into points.

I am e-mailing this file to Berk, ask him or me for it.

Added check to look for invalid point ids and raise a
warning. The invalid point id is then treated as if it were point 0 so that
invalid reads don't occur.
