DescriptionThe most current checkout of VTK fails to compile because of a missing source directory:

CMake Error at Utilities/CMakeLists.txt:45 (SUBDIRS):
  subdirs Incorrect SUBDIRS command. Directory: EncodeString does not
  exists.

Make sure you do a "cvs up -dAP" with the "-d" to get new directories...
