0007656: Probe filter is broken
The probe filter is broken.

Local ParaView.
Open can.exo, all variables, apply.
Filters/ Data Analysis/ Probe Location.
Hit the p key on the can. Notice that the point location changes, but there is no information on the Information tab. This is confusing.
Hit Apply.
Notice there is information in the Information tab, but it is all wrong (zeros).
If I hit the p key again, the location updates, but the Apply button has gone green. Should it be pressed? This is confusing.

What we want is the ability to do probes, without ever having to hit Apply or other keys between hitting the p key.

I was able to replicate this issue with disk_out_ref.exo, which is not multiblock.

Since this is such important functionality, I think this should either be done for 3.4, or immediately after and have a tag of 3.4.1 placed in the tree. Thoughts?

On further inverstigation, this appears to be user-error :) .
First, when one picks location on the surface using 'P' probe returns all zeros, since the point is not inside any cell.
Now with can.ex2, if you move the location widget a bit so that it's inside the can, then for the 1st time-step the values will still be 0 for the can part. Go to the last timestep and try probing the can, you should get nice values.

You were able to reproduce the problem with disk_out_ref before of the point-on-surface issue, just move the probe inside the surface and you'll see nice values.

Closing this for two reasons:
* Utkarsh is correct below. I do consider this probe to be confusing.
* A better way of getting this information is using the select cell, and then a spreadhseet view. Go display, Show only selected elements.
