Summary0007707: Animation tracks not resizing
DescriptionWhen you adjust the times of keyframes, the tracks are not resizing correctly in the animation view. To replicate:

1. Create a sphere source.
2. Open the animation view.
3. Create a track (like Sphere1 - Start Theta).
4. Double-click the track to edit.
5. Change the time of one of the key frames to 0.5.
6. Click OK. The track should resize, but it does not.

I'm not super opposed to not including this fix in 3.4, but we are going to run into it during the supercomputing tutorial. It is going to look a little silly.
