Summary0007826: SetPointsDataType should be a member of vtkUnstructuredGridAlgorithm and vtkPolyDataAlgorithm
DescriptionSome time back I have reported an issue with hard-coded float in vtkThreshold. It was fixed by adding a member function SetPointsDataType, however there are many other filters that would require similar treatment. Therefore I would propose this should be a member of a parent class.

I am ready to implement it myself, test it, and commit changes, if I am allowed.
