Summary0008169: Output stereo screenshots/movies
DescriptionEven when not running ParaView in stereo mode, it is often handy to be able to write out left/right stereo pairs when saving a screenshot or a movie. There should be an option to do this.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional InformationThis came up a lot in the last Supercomputing conference. I met multiple people who wanted to use ParaView on a regular display but output canned animations for stereo displays on the show floor.

Added support to allow the use to pick stereo modes when saving screenshot or animation. This only affects 3D render views.
