0008714: Apply button doesn't work in Colors dialog
ParaView trunk, XP, local server.
Open Can.exo. All vars on, apply.
Color by ACCL. Bring up the Color Legend.
Edit/ Settings/ Colors. Change the Text Color to something - maybe aqua. Apply.
Bug - Color should apply to the Color Legend.
Now OK, the dialog box will close and the color will be applied.

Actually the color change is happening. The problem is that the view is not being re-rendered to reflect the change. Try hitting Apply and then click in the render view. The click should force the render view to change to the new colors.

Of course, hitting Apply should cause a re-render if it effects how things are drawn.

Apply was not resulting in a render request. Consequently color changes didn't appear to be applied. Fixed that.
