Summary0009333: Can.exo doesn't randomly distribute normal glyphs correctly.
DescriptionParaView 3.6.0, XP, local server.
Open can.exo.
Filters/ NormalGlyph.
Note that on the concave side of the can, the glyphs are not randomly distributed, but have a barren patch.

Verified in 3.10 RC1. This must be a bug in VTK. We did an extract surface + generate normals and still had the barren patches.
