Summary0009367: better documentation for plugins
DescriptionWe have a bewildering array of plugins, and more are comming.

Maybe we should standardize some sort of required short description field for what each plugin does. Then make that description visible in plugin manager's file browser when user is deciding what to load. And finally make it a tooltip for each loaded plugin.
