Summary0009402: Add ability to remove plugin from list
DescriptionThe plugin manager now lists all plugins visited, not just the ones currently loaded (cool). However, users might want to have some more control over what plugins are in this list. Could there be a way of removing something from this list?

An issue was brought up: what if the user removes a plugin that is in one of the directories where plugins are automatically searched for. In this case, the plugin could just appear again the next time ParaView is loaded. Really all that happens is that the plugin is not saved in the settings file.

Added a "Remove" button under the list, which can remove selected plugins in the list.
