Summary0009491: Plugin Manager browses server for client plugins
DescriptionWhen you are connected to a remote server, the Plugin Manager does not allow you to find plugins in the local file system to load plugins for the client. To replicate the problem, do the following.

1. Connect the ParaView client to a server located on a remote machine with a different filesystem.
2. Open the Plugin Manager
3. Click the Load New button. You will see that the file browser is browsing the remote file system.
