0009649: Get Exodus implicit index arrays to work with the Selection Inspector
Really, the goal here is to allow a user to be able to select or search for a specific implicit node or element id. We really should have this work through all tools - Spreadsheet as well as Selection Inspector.

For 3.8.0, it must work using at least one tool!

Alan, is this still relevant? We have now opted to go with the"Find Data" dialog for locate cells/points using queries.

Lets call this good enough, at least through 3.10. With the ability to sort the spreadsheet, this gives all the functionality needed. Nice.

Tested Windows, trunk, local server.
