Summary0009724: Enhance Animation to cope with live-data readers
DescriptionI suggest to enhance the Animation such that it displays live-data (in-situ, realtime, ...) examining RequestUpdateExtent() and RequestInformation() from
a vtkAlgorithm based reader after the reader calls Modified().

The current reader just requests data as fast as possible and continuous requests are difficult as the time step results are cached.
