0009811: Cell label, selection inspector doesn't follow translate.
ParaView 3.6.2, XP (also Linux), local server.
* Open Can.exo. Apply.
* Selection Inspector. Create Selection. Global Node Id. Use node ID 100.
* Down at the bottom, Cell label tab, click Visible.
* Display tab, bottom, change the X Translate to 4.

<<Bug - notice that the cell label (in green) has not followed the movement of the selected cell.>>

Should be fixed for 3.8.

As a workaround, you should be able to get this to work by using the Transform filter to translate the geometry instead of the actor translate on the display panel. There are also other things that might fail to work (such as parallel transparency) when you use the display transformation.
