Summary0009907: Camera Orientation's Elevation function results in strange views
DescriptionIn adjust camera settings, changing the elevation multiple times will result in an incorrect view.

This is fixed by calling vtkCamera's OrthogonalizeViewUp() method after a call to Elevation(int).
