0009995: Adding a temporal cache to the pvd loader gives error in the output messages
To reproduce:

1) Open a pvd file with multiple timesteps
2) Add a temporal cache with size 10
3) Jump to next timestep

You get the following:

RROR: In /local/bschindler/projects/ParaView3/VTK/Filtering/vtkStreamingDemandDrivenPipeline.cxx, line 747
vtkCompositeDataPipeline (0x1735a90): No maximum number of pieces has been set in the information for output port 0 on algorithm vtkPVDReader(0x173c330).

Even though this message didn't hurt in a noticeable way, it is very nasty as it can produce huge output
