[vtk-developers] when did tcl stop working

Can't read "vtk::init::kits" no such variable while executing
for each kit $(vtk::init::kits)

etc etc

This is the first time I've tried running tcl scripts for probably a month
or two.It's happening on all my machines. Could someone save me a bit of
time digging and tell me what I'm doing wrong.
