I forgot to mention that in the process of moving all the bug data to 
the new tracker, I did not undo the damage that was caused by spammers.  
I ask bug reporters to monitor their own bugs and fix them as 
necessary.  The old phpBugTracker is still online at

http://public.kitware.com/OldBug/

I will leave this resource available for about a week.  In the mean time 
you can use it to view bug history.  This will be useful in reverting 
the damage that was caused by spammers.
