[vtk-developers] Should ExecuteInformation / ExecuteData return on error ?

Hi there,

  This is something I am still not clear about. Should
ExecuteInfomation / ExecuteData fails on error ? I do not remember if
there was an issue in the past. I am thinking of something like patch
(see attached)  could be added:

  This would allow most of the IO/vtk*Reader to properly fail. Right
now most of the subclass set specific ErrorCode but they are never
taken into account.
