Hi Berk,

Can you take a look at the following change set on Gerrit?
I'm cleaning up the image "stencils" that I added to VTK 4.

My longer term plan is to add a SetStencilConnection()
method to vtkImageAlgorithm, to replace the SetStencil()
methods that various filters have.  I'll have that up on
Gerrit soon, too.
