[vtk-developers] ENH: vtkSTLReader - reading big binary STL files

Hello vtk-devs,

 

the current implementation of vtkSTLReader has a hard coded limitation
for the size of STL data. Is it possible to merge the fix for this
problem into the next release?

This fix leaves the handling of ASCII STL files as it is and extends the
handling of binary STL file for any size.
