[vtk-developers] Namespaces on the wiki

The wiki is shared by VTK, ITK, and ParaView (and other projects?).
It can be hard to tell what pages belong with what project.  I thought
that a while ago we agreed to keep the projects within their own
namespaces, e.g.

http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples

but there have been a lot of recently added pages that have very generic names.
