[vtk-developers] Missing typedef in vtkSocket.cxx

When compiling on Windows Vista with Visual Studio 2008 I got a "socklen_t
is undefined" compiler error.

I added
typedef int socklen_t;

at the top of the file and then it worked. Anyone involved with vtkSocket
know if that seems like a reasonable fix?
