Summary:                    vtkSparseArray.txx is missing from the VTK 5.10
install
Description: 
The file vtkSparseArray.txx was not part of the installation.

A user reported that this wiki exmaple:
http://vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Utilities/SparseArray
would not compile against an installed VTK.
The file vtkSparseArray.txx was missing from the installation.
NOTE: VTK6.x does not have this problem.
