[vtk-developers] Merging private dependencies topic

Hi,

Just a heads up that I will be merging the private dependencies topic
into VTK master, and it may cause some issues (that I will take care
of) on the nightlies. We have a green set of CDash at Home submissions,
and I tested with all enabled, Python and a few other unusual options.

Please let me know if this causes any unforeseen problems. This topic
will reduce the include search path for most modules, and the link
lines in shared builds. It also bumps the minimum CMake version to
2.8.7 (we have a few dashboard machines that need updating before we
can require 2.8.8).
