[vtk-developers] Adding VTKData and VTKLargeData as optional submodules

I like it. My one concern is how VTKData growth will be managed. I can see people submitting a topic with baselines, getting feedback and making changes, and then changing the baselines. Will the gerrit merge remove the intermediate baselines from what is merged into the main repo?
