[vtk-developers] Improvements to the Python wrapping in VTK

Hi Marcus,

I wonder if it might be tidier to do this:

Wrapping/Python -> Wrapping/PythonCore
Wrapping/DoPython -> Wrapping/Python

This would eliminate a lot of the file moves.
I imagine that the same would work for Java.
