You were never seeing that header, so I suspect it was never set. I am
testing another fix that only adds the extra headers that used to be
parsed (instead of all of them). I suspect it is largely due to my
brash inclusion of the vtkCommonCore headers variable in the main
module call.
It is hard for me to assess the parser changes, other than to merge
them and see what the nightly does.
