How do I obtain vtkVolumeTextureMapper2D

Hello everyone

I've seen that there is a new class called vtkVolumeTextureMapper2D, but I don't 
know how to obtain it. What do I have to download, from where and how do I 
integrate it with the already installed vtk 2.4 (PC Windows NT).
