[vtkusers] Need help to use Volume16Reader

Try vtkImageReader, see whether it can read the data set.
such as:
vtkImageReader *reader = vtkImageReader::New();
reader->SetDataByteOrderToLittleEndian(); file://for read 16bits for pc
reader->SetDataScalarTypeToUnsignedShort();
