[vtkusers] RemoveAllClippingPlanes gone?

This method is certainly wrapped in the current VTK, I'm not sure why
it would be missing in 3.1. You could try using
mapper.SetClippingPlanes(None)
or
mapper.GetClippingPlanes().RemoveAllItems()
