[vtkusers] Renderer into a form....

I'm doing this with wxWindows and the wxVTKWindow class created by D.Marshall & B.Todd.

IMHO wxWindows alone is an excellent/easy/powerful way to create (cross-platform) GUIs in C++;
combined with VTK is even better!
