[vtkusers] Limitation Resolution Input of vtkImageReader

Dear VTK-Users:
I can reduce the resolution of the image files.
I am afraid that VTK provided Image Read Class like vtkImageReader, vtkVolumeReader...... could only read the resolution below 256X256 image data.
Could I correct?
Could some experts share some experience about the Limitation Resolution Input of vtkImageReader .
