[vtkusers] Who is using vtkRIBExporter?

Hi vtkUsers,

This question is in between vtk and other rendering softwares.

I am just wondering if anyone is using vtkRIBExporter.

I would like to use it too, but apparently there is no open-source 
renderman compatible renderer available.
Blue Moon Ray-tracer links have disappeared. POV-Ray looks not 
compatible. I don't know others.

Does anyone knows another free renderer which can read the .RIB files?
Does anyone still has BMR code?
