[vtkusers] Where is vtkProjectedPolyDataRayBounder class?

Hello,

There is no replacement to this class - the functionality was removed in 
VTK 4.0. The ray cast mapper does support oblique clipping planes and 
complex cropping operations but no longer supports this specialized type of 
clipping.
