[vtkusers] MFC sample app error

Hi Martin and all other Vtk users,

I have the same problem as you had in March : I can compile the MFC sample app but not  run it : (MFC42D.DLL): 0xC0000005: Access Violation.
How did you fix your problem? Can anyone else help me?
