[vtkusers] Problem building on OS x 10.2.3

Hi Roch,

It is not a CMake variable, but environment variable. Depending on which
shell you use, you will do either:

MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.2
export MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET

or 

setenv MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET 10.2

In the command prompt.
